Exfoliating Polish

A cream-textured polish with very fine magnesium oxide crystals. Massaged gently over damp skin, the crystals physically lift away loosened surface cells: the skin feels smoother and whatever you apply next spreads more evenly. The formula also carries vitamin C derivatives, vitamin E, retinyl palmitate and tea tree leaf oil, which helps keep oily shine in check. Glycerin and soybean sterols help avoid a tight feeling afterwards. Suits normal, combination and oily skin. Start at once or twice a week and go more often only if your skin stays calm: exfoliating too often irritates the skin. Do not use on broken, inflamed or sunburnt skin, or on the same day as another exfoliating product. Exfoliation makes skin more sensitive to the sun, so daily sun protection is needed. The product is fragranced, limonene and linalool included, so patch-test it on a small area first if you have a known fragrance allergy. Retinyl palmitate is a retinoid derivative, so speak to your doctor before using it during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Use after cleansing, on damp facial skin. Massage a small amount gently over the face and neck in circular movements for 20-30 seconds, avoiding the eye area. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. Start at once or twice a week; go more often only if your skin stays calm. Follow with your usual routine; apply sun protection in the morning.
