1.4. By placing an order the Buyer confirms having read and accepted these terms, which form part of the contract of sale.
1.5. The Seller may amend these terms. The version in force when the order was placed applies to that order, and is stated in the order confirmation.
2. Placing an order and conclusion of the contract
2.1. The Buyer selects the goods, quantity and delivery method, and provides their name, phone number, email address and delivery details.
2.2. The contract is concluded when payment is confirmed and the Buyer receives the order confirmation by email. Until payment, the order creates no obligation for either party.
2.3. The Seller may decline to fulfil an order if the goods are out of stock or the order details are plainly incorrect. Any amount paid is refunded without delay.
3. Prices and payment
3.1. Prices are in euro and include VAT. Delivery is charged separately and is shown before payment.
3.2. Payment is processed by Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay). The Seller never sees or stores card details.
3.3. The order is processed once payment is confirmed.
4. Delivery
4.1. DPD parcel locker — chosen by the Buyer at checkout. Delivery normally takes 1–3 working days. The delivery charge is shown before payment.
4.2. Collection at the clinic (Konstitucijos pr. 15-84, Vilnius) — free of charge. We notify the Buyer by email and SMS when the order is ready.
4.3. Stated periods are indicative. The Seller is not liable for delays caused by the courier or by force majeure, but undertakes to keep the Buyer informed.
4.4. On receipt, the Buyer should check the condition of the packaging. Damaged packaging should be reported within 3 working days.
5. Quality of goods
5.1. The goods comply with Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 on cosmetic products.
5.2. Product photographs are illustrative; on-screen colour may differ from the actual product.
5.3. Defective goods are governed by the Civil Code — see the Returns Policy.
6. Right of withdrawal
6.1. The Buyer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
6.2. This right does not apply to sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene (Civil Code Art. 6.228¹⁰(2)(5); Directive 2011/83/EU Art. 16(e)). Cosmetic products whose protective seal is broken cannot be returned.
